LOCATION

Sessions are held at the Delta Sports Dome (Delta Retail Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick), Refer to the premises website for available amenities, www.deltasportsdome.com.

HEALTH & SAFETY

If you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home. 

​

Masks must be worn upon arrival and departure from the facility. Hand sanitizing stations are in place and must be used upon entry.

​

Social distancing guidelines will be strictly adhered to. All equipment will be sanitized between sessions. (Participants will wipe down their equipment and management will do a second cleansing afterwards.) You may of course bring your own mat/ball /0.5 kg weights if you prefer.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1) Refunds not available for block training or workshops

2) In the event of another government lockdown refunds for any outstanding sessions will be made electronically.
